Our story

Bringing far infrared yoga home to Rocky Point

Why far infrared

Ben and Melissa chose far infrared heat on purpose. Instead of blasting hot air, the panels warm muscle and tissue directly, which makes a heated practice possible for more bodies, more ages, and more starting points.

Why it feels different

The other half of the vision was the feeling of the room. Lotus was built as a judgment-free space from day one, where first-timers and longtime practitioners share the same warmth and modifications are always on the table.

The hedge lobby

A living-green welcome. Wood floors, warm light, and somewhere to land before class begins.

The candlelit room

Soft light, a mirror wall, and sound bowls in the Sound Vibration classes. The practice room asks nothing of you.

The infrared heat

The room runs between 95 and 102 degrees, but far infrared panels warm you directly rather than heating the air, so the heat lands gentler than most first-timers expect.
