The vibe at Lotus is so approachable and kind, the teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable, and there’s a great mix of challenging and more restorative classes. I always leave feeling calmer and more grounded than when I came in.
I took my very first yoga class here and instantly fell in love. Every instructor is amazing in their own unique way… This studio is where I discovered my love for yoga, and it has genuinely changed my life.
The heat is not overwhelming like other hot yoga studios… I am a physical therapist for 32 years and can honestly say that I should have done this a long time ago.
